Job Summary
Lead Thematic Socio-Economic Reintegration for survivors of gender-based violence (VBG) in the RDC project, coordinating socio-economic reintegration activities through grants and income-generating activities (AGR), ensuring survivor-centered planning, Do No Harm practices, and confidentiality; serve as the technical link between the project team and implementing partners, liaising with medical, psychosocial, and legal/judicial teams to ensure holistic patient pathways; develop eligibility criteria, manage subventions, and coach project staff and partners to implement AGR activities; supervise a team of Reintegration Economique Supervisors across intervention zones, oversee field quality, monitoring, and reporting, and participate in internal/external coordination with clusters and partners to advance sustainable economic empowerment for survivors and vulnerable populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+3 minimum in development, economics, or social sciences; experience in AGR, microfinance, or rural development
- 2 to 5 years in a similar role (AGR, microfinance, rural development)
