Lead Test Engineer IV – Advanced Compute LC

Lead test engineer for advanced compute platforms (AI/ML, GPU, server, networking, storage) in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will design, develop, and maintain test procedures and systems, lead failure analyses and root cause investigations, troubleshoot complex hardware/software domains, and deploy automation using Python and Bash. The role includes supporting NPI readiness, production ramp, and providing team leadership, mentorship, and performance management. You will interpret test logs, JSON outputs, and system data to identify trends, drive improvements, and present technical findings to stakeholders. Strong Linux command-line skills, scripting, data-analysis capabilities (Excel/Power BI), and knowledge of compute architecture and networking are essential. On-site at Florence, KY, with responsibilities spanning hardware validation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and operational excellence.
