Job Summary
Lead Test Analyst responsible for designing and executing functional and non-functional tests for software products, both manual and automated. Collaborates with product, development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software, develops automated testing frameworks (C#, Java, Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript) and test suites, maintains defect tracking and test documentation, and guides QA practices with a focus on scalable automation, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement of testing processes. The role involves testing web/desktop/mobile applications, validating requirements, and contributing to test architecture and metrics across projects built with .NET technologies and cloud-based environments.
