Job Summary
Lead the EPCM Industry Terminplanning team by developing, updating, and approving complex Level 4 project schedules while conducting cross-project reviews and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to time and resource planning goals by identifying critical paths, deriving control strategies, and optimizing resource allocation against capacity constraints. Generate and analyze project control and progress reports to identify deviations and implement corrective measures, while contributing to development plans including risk and opportunity assessments. Establish and maintain planning standards, templates, and best practices across the business unit. Requires 7+ years of experience in industrial construction scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and PMP certification. Full-time role with high travel readiness for domestic and international project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur Bauindustrie, z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Terminplanung von Industriebauprojekten
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Terminplanern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement- und Terminplanungssoftware (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- fundierte Erfahrung im Earned Value Management und Fortschrittsmonitoring
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils auf Level B2 oder höher)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Projekteinsätze im In- und Ausland
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) oder eine vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
