Job Summary
Lead the EPCM Industry planning team by developing, updating, and approving complex Level 4 project schedules, conducting cross-project reviews, and aligning requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to time and resource planning goals by identifying critical paths, deriving control strategies, and optimizing resource allocation across the project lifecycle. Generate and analyze progress reports to track deviations and implement corrective measures, while establishing standards and best practices for the business unit. Manage risk and opportunity assessments within project execution plans. Requires a relevant engineering degree, seven years of industrial project planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management, and PMP certification. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur Bauindustrie, z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Terminplanung von Industriebauprojekten
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Terminplanern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement- und Terminplanungssoftware (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- fundierte Erfahrung im Earned Value Management und Fortschrittsmonitoring
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils auf Level B2 oder höher)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Projekteinsätze im In- und Ausland
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) oder eine vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung
