Job Summary
Lead complex EPCM projects by independently developing, updating, and approving Level 4 project schedules, conducting cross-project reviews, and aligning requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Manage time and resource planning to identify critical paths and derive control strategies, while optimizing resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Generate progress reports, analyze deviations, and implement corrective measures, contributing to development plans including risk and opportunity assessments. Establish and maintain planning standards, templates, and best practices across the Business Unit. Requires 7+ years of industrial construction planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and PMP certification. Full-time role with high travel requirements and mobile work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur Bauindustrie, z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Terminplanung von Industriebauprojekten
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Terminplanern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement- und Terminplanungssoftware (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- fundierte Erfahrung im Earned Value Management und Fortschrittsmonitoring
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils auf Level B2 oder höher)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Projekteinsätze im In- und Ausland
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) oder eine vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung
