Job Summary
Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling, staffing, and coaching tellers to enhance operational effectiveness. Act as a primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues, listening for financial wellness opportunities to transition clients to a banker. Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls while balancing cash drawers and attending daily huddles and debriefs. Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new Tellers. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license
