Job Summary
Lead Teller position based in the South Lindbergh branch, St. Louis, MO. Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a superior customer experience, identify banking opportunities, educate customers on alternatives, and refer opportunities to branch staff. Drives lobby engagement, promotes PNC products, and leverages technology to manage transactions. Supports the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection, ensures efficient and accurate daily operations, and enforces policies and risk controls. Emphasis on customer-focused service, proactive sales, and applying product knowledge to meet customer financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires 1+ years of related banking/teller experience
- No degree required or equivalent experience (HS diploma or GED acceptable)
- No formal degree required per role guidelines
