Job Summary
Lead Teller who coaches and mentors tellers to deliver a unique customer experience, identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions, refers appropriately, educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources, and leads lobby engagement to position PNC products. Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes; requires clear communication, transaction handling, problem resolution, and adherence to policies. High school diploma or GED not required; 1+ years related experience preferred. No sponsorship for visas.
