Job Summary
Guide a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence by coaching staff, resolving escalated interactions, and modeling professionalism. Maintain branch integrity through strict adherence to BSA/AML policies, managing cash controls and audits, approving overrides, and safeguarding vault security. Ensure accurate, efficient service while preventing fraud and supporting branch readiness. Requires two to three years of teller experience, one year of supervisory experience, and the ability to lift 25 pounds regularly. Full-time, non-exempt role with a salary range of $23.00 to $29.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds on occasion, and stand for long periods of time
- Has access to reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of bank teller experience
- One year of supervisory/management experience
- Proficient in computer, math, written and oral communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can solve problems and recognize when action is needed
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Must be able to reprioritize the workload as needed
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes in processes and workflow
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Uses sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to work independently while supervising others
- An ability to effectively train others by adapting to the trainee's learning style
