Job Summary
Manage day-to-day teller scheduling, staffing, and operational standards while acting as the primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues. Identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to Bankers, then coach tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness. Process cash transactions, balance drawers, and ensure branch compliance with regulatory and security procedures. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, support new teller onboarding, and work Saturdays as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years Demonstrated superior client relationship skills
- 3+ years Experienced in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
