Job Summary
Lead Teller at KeyBank responsible for coaching tellers, resolving complex client servicing issues, identifying financial wellness opportunities, and guiding branch operations. Manages teller line activities including scheduling, coaching, cash handling accuracy, and regulatory compliance; supports onboarding of new tellers and collaborates with the Branch Manager. Requires High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience and 3+ years in client relationships and cash handling; notary license preferred. In-person role based in Tacoma, WA with Saturday work and varying duties as assigned. Salary range between $18.75 and $25.00 per hour (annualized $38,900–$52,000) plus potential incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
- 3+ years Demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required)
- 3+ years Experienced in cash handling (required)
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required)
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required)
- Notary License (preferred)
