Job Summary
Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling, staffing, and observing tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness. Resolve complex client servicing issues, listen for financial wellness opportunities, and transition clients to a banker for deeper conversations. Coach other tellers on product knowledge, fees, and policies while ensuring branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls. Process cash transactions, balance drawers, and attend daily huddles and debriefs to support the Branch Manager in onboarding new staff. Work Saturdays as directed and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Work on Saturdays as directed by management
