Job Summary
Lead Teller in a KeyBank branch responsible for supervising teller operations, coaching tellers, identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional client service. The role involves managing teller line duties, staffing, and branch standards; coaching tellers to enhance client experience; guiding clients toward bankers for financial wellness conversations; participating in huddles and debriefs; and promoting bank products and services with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and teamwork. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in client relationships and cash handling with proficiency in Windows-based software; notary license is preferred.
