Job Summary
Manage the daily activities of the teller line, including scheduling, staffing, and coaching Tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness. Act as the primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues, resolving problems and transitioning clients to Bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations. Process cash transactions, balance drawers, and ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, support the Branch Manager in onboarding new Tellers, and maintain current knowledge of product guides and policies. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work on Saturdays as directed by management
