Job Summary
Manage day-to-day teller scheduling, staffing, and operational standards while coaching tellers to enhance client experience and effectiveness. Act as the primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues, identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations, and transition clients to Bankers for deeper engagement. Process cash transactions, balance drawers, and adhere to compliance, audit, and security procedures. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, support the Branch Manager in onboarding new Tellers, and work Saturdays as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license
