Job Summary
Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling, staffing, and providing coaching to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness. Resolve complex client servicing issues, uncover financial wellness opportunities during conversations, and transition clients to Bankers for deeper engagement. Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls while accurately processing cash transactions, balancing drawers, and attending morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs. Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new Tellers. Work Saturdays as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Minimum 3 years of Demonstrated superior client relationship skills
- Minimum 3 years of Experienced in cash handling
- Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
- Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work on Saturdays as directed by management
