Job Summary
Lead, Telesales in Bangladesh overseeing a local telesales team to drive vendor acquisition, activation, and upselling; owns regional sales strategy, target-setting, and incentives; analyzes productivity, funnel velocity, and conversion trends to provide data-driven insights; drives rapid onboarding of new partners within strict SLAs and leads continuous tool/process improvements; fosters a high-energy, coaching-focused culture with routine huddles and performance management; requires 5+ years in Inside Sales/BD with at least 2 years in direct leadership within a high-growth, metric-driven environment; must be proficient in data analysis, forecasting, SOPs/QC, and Salesforce or equivalent CRM/sales tools; highlights include a dynamic, global team environment and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Inside Sales or Business Development
- at least 2 years of direct leadership within a high-growth, metric-driven environment
- proven leadership track record in sales
- proficient in data analysis and forecasting
- experience with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and sales acceleration tools
