Lead Technicians Mitigation

Take moisture readings, scope jobs on-site, and capture Matterport scans for documentation. Lead small crews through projects, ensuring demo, drying, and equipment setup are completed correctly. Monitor air movers and dehumidifiers while keeping jobs on track from first arrival to completion. Mentor techs on the crew and maintain quality and safety standards. This role requires solid hands-on mitigation experience, IICRC WRT certification, and the ability to lead a team under pressure. Overtime is available when disasters call for it. We provide modern tools like CompanyCam and Xactimate, with a clear path to grow into bigger leadership roles within the team.
