Job Summary
The Lead Technician will be responsible for scheduling and productivity within the shop, opening and closing work orders, managing workloads, ordering parts, and mentoring peers in technical skills. A successful candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude, advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams, and the ability to serve as a troubleshooter. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe and clean work environment, conducting post-repair inspections, and communicating effectively with customers regarding updates.
