Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day shop operations and manage shift schedules while performing hands-on repairs on refrigeration units, brake systems, and general truck maintenance. Diagnose issues using OEM software, handle road service calls and APU repairs, and conduct DOT inspections and PM services. Supervise technicians to ensure quality standards, communicate with customers and team members across shifts, and enforce safety procedures and company policies. Requires ASE certifications, valid driver's license, and electrical diagnostic skills. Includes $2/hour night shift differential, employer-paid benefits, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services
- Must possess a toolbox and required tools
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
