Job Summary
Manage shift schedules and workload distribution while overseeing day-to-day shop operations and rolling up your sleeves for hands-on repairs. Diagnose and repair refrigeration units using OEM software, perform PM services, DOT inspections, brake repairs, and general truck/trailer maintenance, and handle road service calls and APU repairs. Supervise technicians to ensure quality standards are met, communicate with customers and team members across shifts, and ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services
- Must possess a toolbox and required tools
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
