Lead Technician

Lead Technician to assist Engineers to improve machine and process yield and quality, analyze machine/process issues and customer complaints, implement corrective/preventive actions, provide timely engineering support in failure analysis and CAPA resolution, participate in PMT/SGA/VIP initiatives, drive OEE and productivity improvements, provide technical support to production to minimize downtime, assist in IQ/OQ/PQ validation, compile and prepare training materials, conduct training to technicians and operators on machine operations, engage with engineers, supervisors, and suppliers, evaluate purchase parts and requests for quotation, and ensure compliance with EHS procedures.
