Job Summary
Lead a team of 2-4 technicians by traveling to customer homes in the Richmond area to oversee inventorying, packing, and transporting contents to climate-controlled warehouse storage. Communicate with customers during the process, ensuring careful handling of belongings affected by fire, water, or storm damage. Perform on-site cleaning of items using ultrasonic tanks and ozone rooms to restore them to pre-loss condition before storage. Maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks while demonstrating the ability to lead with care and meet daily goals.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Driving record and valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Must be willing to show up daily and work hard as a part of a high performing team
- Be willing to lead with care and attention to detail
- Experience leading a team and meeting goals
