Lead Technician (Security)

Job Summary
Lead Technician role responsible for installation, termination and configuration of access control devices, CCTV and related security systems; lead onsite tasking of Field Technicians to meet project milestones; install and program access control panels, power supplies, CCTV cameras, NVRs and VMS platforms; maintain installation deadlines, ensure safety, provide end-user training, participate in commissioning, and assist in final documentation; requires certifications in multiple VMS and access control systems, OSHA-10, and field technician experience; physical labor with travel to project sites and construction environments.
Required Qualifications
- Hold and retain certification in at least two VMS systems
- Hold and retain certification in at least two access control system
- Have a minimum one year of experience of basic configuration of physical security systems
- Have attended training for at least one camera manufacturer and received certificate
- Hold and retain the OSHA-10 certificate
- Have served as a Field Technician (or equal) for a minimum of two years
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
