Job Summary
Lead Technician responsible for executing residential HVAC installations with precision, mentoring installation helpers, communicating with customers, maintaining project records, and ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained. Will measure ductwork, collaborate with the team to meet timelines and quality expectations, and serve as a key customer contact to foster trust and satisfaction. Requires 3+ years of installation experience, EPA certification (NATE a plus), clean background check, valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and access crawlspaces/attics/roofs. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Must pass a background check and random drug tests
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
