Job Summary
The Lead Technician, ISP at ADB Companies is responsible for expert-level inside plant installations of copper and fiber cables across diverse nationwide projects. The role includes managing installation and removal of powered/non-powered equipment, fiber splicing, and maintaining data center infrastructure. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include 6-10 years of ISP cable installation, data center experience, CO buildout experience, experience leading onsite crews, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of ISP cable installation experience required
- 2+ years of data center buildout experience required
- 2+ years of CO (central office) buildout/frame certification experience required
- 2+ years of experience as a Lead/Foreman, leading crews onsite required
- BICSI Installer certification required
- Man lift & CPR certification required
- OSHA 30 required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 manufacturer certification (i.e. CommScope, B-Line, etc.) preferred but not required.
