Lead Technician II

Lead water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation jobs from initial assessment through completion, operating moisture-mapping equipment, air movers, and containment setups. Perform and oversee Xactimate-based scoping and documentation for insurance claims while serving as the on-site technical authority for complex or high-value restoration projects. Train, mentor, and quality-check junior and mid-level technicians in the field, ensuring all work meets IICRC standards and Voda's quality bar. Maintain clear communication with adjusters, GCs, and homeowners on job status, accurately complete work orders and mobile documentation, and support duct cleaning and EnviroBiotics service delivery as needed. Work flexible hours including emergency and storm response calls to support our locally owned team expanding across Omaha and Lincoln.
