Job Summary
Oversee shift operations, assign tasks to technicians, and manage work flow to meet repair and maintenance deadlines. Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units, truck and trailer systems, and APU units using OEM software and diagnostic tools. Conduct preventive maintenance services, perform FHWA/DOT inspections, and handle brake, tire, and structural repairs. Answer customer service calls, create work orders, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining an organized shop environment. Lead by example to guide the team toward high standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technician and/or Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety
