Job Summary
Oversee shift operations, assign tasks to technicians, and manage work flow to meet repair and maintenance deadlines. Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units, truck and trailer systems, and APU units using OEM software while conducting PM services and FHWA/DOT inspections. Handle brake system replacements, tire repairs, and structural or electrical trailer fixes. Maintain a clean shop environment and ensure safety compliance with company policies. Answer customer service calls and create work orders. Lead by example while guiding the team to adhere to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technician and/or Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety
