Job Summary
Lead a team of 2-4 technicians by traveling to customer homes in the Richmond area to oversee inventorying, packing, and transporting contents back to our warehouse. Communicate directly with customers during the process, ensuring careful handling of belongings affected by fire, water, or storm damage. Perform on-site cleaning using ultrasonic tanks and ozone rooms to restore items before storage. Maintain a clean driving record with a valid license and pass required background checks. Work daily as part of a high-performing team, meeting goals while providing support during times of loss.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Driving record and valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Must be willing to show up daily and work hard as a part of a high performing team
- Be willing to lead with care and attention to detail
- Experience leading a team and meeting goals
