Job Summary
Lead a small team of sourcers to proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across hardware manufacturing, assembly, and engineering disciplines. Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles while partnering with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with operational goals. Utilize advanced techniques to uncover passive and active candidates in electro-mechanical assembly, avionics, and manufacturing software engineering. Analyze sourcing metrics to refine workflows and optimize strategies for continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years in sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles
- Experience within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage, build rapport, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with other sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries
