Job Summary
Lead a small team of sourcers to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent for manufacturing, supply chain, and production engineering roles. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover candidates with expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, avionics, PCBA manufacturing, and automation engineering. Build and maintain robust pipelines for key production and integration positions while partnering with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with operational goals. Analyze sourcing metrics to refine workflows and optimize candidate acquisition processes. Manage direct reports within the production function to support the scaling of advanced defense technology delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years in sourcing or recruiting
- Proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles
- Experience within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage, build rapport, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with other sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Proven experience in manufacturing or hardware engineering sourcing within startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries
