Job Summary
Execute advanced diagnostic procedures to resolve complex campaign delivery, tracking discrepancies, and auction performance blockers across Reddit's ad platform. Lead end-to-end technical discovery and migration calls with priority APAC advertisers, configuring event mapping for Conversions API (CAPI) and pixel integrations. Perform meticulous QA and payload validation to ensure accurate, deduplicated event data flows between client databases and Reddit's platform. Aggregate regional ticket trends and advertiser friction points to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps, while architecting automated troubleshooting tools and dashboards to reduce white-glove dependencies. Participate in a high-level senior rotation schedule to provide support for critical, revenue-blocking platform issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of total experience in ad tech, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a highly consultative technical client-facing capacity
- Hands-on experience with server-to-server integrations, Conversions API (CAPI), web pixels, partner integrations, data mapping, and web privacy structures
- Highly adept at data analysis, handling network debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Sentry, LogRocket), and writing robust database queries (SQL)
- Strong fundamental understanding of web architecture and standard digital protocols, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML concepts
- Deep fluency in the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad serving pipelines, attribution modeling (VTC/CTC), auctions/bidding dynamics, and third-party measurement (MMPs)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of translating complex technical bugs into clear, revenue-justified stories for cross-functional leads and C-suite client executives
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
