Lead Technical Services Manager position in London with ISG Retail, responsible for M&E delivery on site for key client portfolios. Requires experience in managing medium to large projects, expertise in construction processes, and industry qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Has managed at a Senior level medium sized projects (£10m+) and preferably at least one large (£20m+) project
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process, preferably fit out/refurbishment based
