Job Summary

Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements and drive technical integration delivery for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing support. Design and refine onboarding and implementation best practices to improve efficiency and scalability; communicate timelines, progress, and performance expectations to clients; manage and triage technical support requests; own end-to-end resolution of customer technical issues; collaborate with internal teams and clients; contribute to testing, training, and readiness for feature releases. Requires 6+ years in senior technical roles within SaaS/digital marketing, Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent). Strong hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs; extensive integration and onboarding ownership; customer-centric communication; ability to create deep product knowledge and maintain client knowledge bases; experience guiding cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Client Success) and providing technical support throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 6+ years in a senior technical role within a SaaS or digital marketing environment
  • Experience leading technical onboarding engagements and client implementations
  • Extensive hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
  • Strong integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams; customer-centric demeanor
  • Ability to design onboarding workflows, improve onboarding processes, and scale implementations
  • Experience creating and managing technical documentation and knowledge bases
  • Proven track record solving complex technical challenges for enterprise clients
