Job Summary
Lead Technical Recruiter (Global) responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related technical functions globally; partners with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, mentors junior recruiters, builds scalable recruiting processes, and drives high-quality hires in a fast-growing, multi-region environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- significant exposure to technical hiring
- experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or related technical functions
- demonstrated success hiring senior and difficult-to-fill technical positions
- strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions
- familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across multiple countries
- experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience in high-growth technology companies or fast-scaling organizations
