Job Summary
Analyze complex issues by evaluating variable factors, data dependencies, and stakeholder needs to resolve highly complex problems. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, tools, and AI/agent workflows for obtaining results. Own multiple projects using structured practices and approved AI-enabled tools to improve clarity, efficiency, and follow-through. Coach teams on reusable project management practices, templates, and workflows while setting cadence, governance, and execution standards. Leverage AI agents for synthesis, status reporting, risk identification, and executive-ready summaries. Develop systems, procedures, and analytics to help management operate more efficiently. Carry out core activities including planning, resource allocation, risk tracking, and decision follow-up. Define and maintain analytics dashboards and source-of-truth checks for business stakeholders. Operate independently as a team lead supervising consultants or TPMs within a culture that pairs academic sensibility with accountability for results.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical experience
- Prior experience within a business consulting or project management function
- Ability to operate independently, be a team lead, supervising a small team of consultants or TPMs
- Comfortable working with senior management
- Proven experience with driving and leading high impact projects
- Ability to interpret and translate business needs into actionable practices
- Capable of building trust through demonstrated competence and results
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Strong command of the English language
- AI literacy: comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to enhance productivity and streamline day-to-day workflows
