Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager for JPMorganChase's Talent Acquisition Platform, Automation, and Intelligence ecosystem. Drive end-to-end technical delivery across applicant tracking, interview scheduling, CRM, and skills assessments; establish governance, OKRs, and metrics; collaborate with engineering, product, data, security, and HR to align on objectives; mentor TPM teams; champion agile practices; manage budgets and resources in a fast-paced environment; influence architecture and delivery strategy for scalable, available, high-performance Talent Acquisition systems across a large financial institution.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or equivalent roles delivering complex software programs and systems
- Proven expertise managing technical delivery across large-scale, integrated platforms and APIs
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile delivery methodologies, and modern SaaS/cloud architectures
- Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex technical details into clear plans for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical fluency: ability to read architecture diagrams, understand APIs and integration patterns
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; calm under pressure and able to navigate ambiguity
- Proficient in program planning, risk management, and metrics tracking using tools like Jira, Confluence
