Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager - Security overseeing cross-functional, high-impact information security programs. Responsible for end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, defining high-level requirements, driving solutions with engineering teams and stakeholders, enforcing product and project lifecycles, and reporting progress to senior leadership. The role emphasizes risk management, compliance with audit processes, and collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and security/tech teams. The position is located in Scottsdale, Chicago, San Francisco, or New York with a hybrid work model. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and the role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience managing large complex projects in a technical or software development environment
- Strong technical background and experience working with engineering or development teams
- Experience with AI (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude
- Experience with Jira/Planview or equivalent
- Excel proficiency
- Experience in financial institutions or similarly regulatory industries
- Background in data processing environment, application systems, and communication systems
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to coach/mentor others
- Ability to balance results with collaboration
- Proactive in driving process improvements
