Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Product Security responsible for delivering complex technology programs. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines; identify and mitigate risks; collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables; apply advanced analytical reasoning to optimize program performance; champion Agile methodologies and foster continuous learning and innovation; manage resources and budgets and influence cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience with technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into actionable tasks
