Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development environment
- Ability to drive and influence transformational change
- Strong servant leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Working with JIRA, Rally, Excel and Confluence required
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Certified Scrum Master
