Job Summary
Execute governance for key Risk Technology programmes by partnering with senior management to review progress, risks, issues, and milestones on a regular cadence. Define best-practice programme management guidelines and drive transformation in ways of working to promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Lead cross-pillar programme execution to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives while managing critical dependencies and resolving escalated issues. Shape the investment story for stakeholders and utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs against data sensitivity requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in driving complex investment programs
- Energy and ability to drive forward projects towards completion, identifying key risks, issues and dependencies, and working to resolve / escalate these where required
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating discussions to design technology solutions
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work through the detail of how an engineering organisation operates today, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of that approach
- Experience in driving cultural change across a globally diverse organisation
- Experience in working with and leveraging a data driven approach to decision making
- Demonstrate how goals can be achieved at a low cost / high levels of data driven automation
- Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm to achieve common goals
