Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions. Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations. Champion agile delivery practices and promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting. Requires 5+ years of technical program management experience, proficiency in enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for planning and risk synthesis, and advanced stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience generating dashboards, implementing automation, building necessary tools to automate processes
- Knowledge of SDLC and the infrastructure behind it
