Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development environment
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making
- Ability to communicate with executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
- Strong servant leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience working with JIRA, Rally, Excel, and Confluence
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Certified Scrum Master
