Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager for Markets and Equities within Electronic Trading Technology, responsible for directing end-to-end technology programs, aligning with business goals, and delivering on-time solutions. Partners with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope and deliverables, applies advanced analytical reasoning to optimize performance, advocates agile practices, and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance. Manages resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional groups, including compliance, legal, and back-office teams, to drive seamless integration of deliverables and successful program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

- Financial Industry experience
