Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager responsible for driving successful delivery of complex technology projects across JPMorgan Chase's Corporate Technology – Treasury Chief Investment Office. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables; apply advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations; champion agile adoption and lead change management across feature teams; manage resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies; act as a conduit between Product and Business Managers to deliver timely solutions and align with the technical roadmap and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into manageable tasks
- Proven experience leading technical project migrations with end-to-end delivery
- Strong business acumen with expertise in Securities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or other finance-related functions within a major banking institution
