Job Summary
Lead Technology programs within JPMorgan Chase's Commercial and Investment Bank Markets Global Middle Office Technology, driving delivery of large-scale financial systems projects through strategic planning, requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, developing and executing project plans with resource allocation and timelines, managing stakeholders and translating business processes into technical specifications, collaborating on UI/UX wireframes, overseeing QA/UAT activities, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with engineering, product, and business teams to align scope and roadmaps, contributing to product operating model objectives, and promoting AI/LLM concepts to foster innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, technical project and program management in a large financial organization
- Clear understanding of Middle Office Operations, Post Trade processes, and trade booking concepts
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with ability to influence decision-making
- Analytical reasoning and data analysis skills with experience in databases and logs
- Experience in requirements elicitation as a Technical Business Analyst and Agile methodologies/Scrum Master
- Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts and AI/LLM/ML concepts
- Experience with cloud architecture and software development fundamentals
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Proficiency with tools: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
