Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager in Commercial and Investment Bank, Payments Tech; responsible for leading complex technology projects, developing comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines; identifying and mitigating risks; collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables; evaluating technologies, platforms, and vendor products; monitoring progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders; strong emphasis on cloud architecture (AWS), high availability, microservices, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, SLI/SLO/SLA tracking, and agile delivery; requires expert stakeholder management, hands-on experience with Jira and MS Office tools, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management
- expert level TPM experience in large organizations
- strong experience presenting updates to senior leadership
- cloud architecture (AWS) familiarity
- microservices, load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery
- defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, SLAs
- analytical reasoning and problem-solving
- stakeholder management
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- JIRA for project tracking
- PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
- presentation skills for senior leadership and technical teams
