Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year technology program, ensuring timely, on-budget execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Partner with engineering, data, product, and business teams to execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap. Build and sustain governance framework and portfolio management standards. Harness data analytics and insights to prioritize and measure impact. Accelerate operational excellence and innovation through continuous improvement and adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior leadership, delivering concise updates and actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Proactively manage risks, driving mitigation and contingency planning across all program activities. Familiarity with AI/ML and emerging technologies is highly advantageous.
